Q. How do I get my eBook and files?
A. Click on the download link. Once the product is downloaded the software WinZip will open with the files in it. Click on the "Extract" icon and select a location on your computer, such as your desktop, to extract the files. This is similar to saving your files, so once complete you can go to the location where you saved the files to start using your products. Yes. Q. I didn't download the products right way and now I don't know what the web address (or URL) was. Where can I find the download page?
A. The download page URL was emailed to you when you made the purchase. Click on the link in the email or copy and paste it into your web browser,browser and it will take you to the download page. A. The eBook is protected by the United States Copyrighting Laws. The eBook is protected with a security feature that does not permit the document to be emailed.
